- Persistent Corporation, based in the Atlanta, GA area, is the first company in history to be legally formed as a "Metric Driven Organization" (MDO). This patent pending method insulates management from typical market pressures for maximizing short-term stock value. It replaces this motivation with a measurement (metric) towards a founder stated goal. In our case that goal is a statistical measure of our "Odds of surviving the next ten years". This concept is key to how Persistent Corporation will be able to achieve its longevity goals.
